Better Weather = More Street Racing?

So the weather here in Toronto has been sub par for May so far...There was some freak nice days in April that had all the racers out in the usual area for Toronto...How is it for the spring so far for everyone else....by street races i mean the parking lots where everyone goes and the races that all break out from that too

CBC actually had a story here in Winnipeg the other day due to the street racing problem. There's on particular street where back in the day it was just a few muscle cars would go to race, but now it's literally hundreds of cars go, line along the sides and pairs race a la FatF....not a good situation.

The scary thing is that we've had a crappy April and only had one nice Sunday....the crowds are only going to get bigger once it's warmer.

Good thing about Indy!

Being in Indianapolis, we have a lot of access to track time. Drags are open every tuesday night, and autocrosses all over the place in the state. The cops do a decent job of keeping the streeet racing to a minimum, and the city is growing so fast it's really hard for anyone to find a place to race.
I guess most of the people here keep it on the track, so racing isn't yet a huge deal on the streets. (Also, too damned many stoplights everywhere)
