for the regular 3 it is fine to stick with reg. unleaded unless you do some heavy modding. MS3 you should go with 91/93 if you dont want to hear taht horrible knock-knock from your engine

Since doing the air box, K&N and "timing" mods, I have been adding +/-2.0 gals of 93 to 8.5-9.0 gals of 87. Not very scientific, but it works for me~! :\
