What should they be gapped at?

Are there advantages and disadvantages? I'm assuming it would probably be safest to replace the extended reach plugs with another extended reach plug, but would putting a regular plug work with no problems or maybe even better combustion?

my car idled rough......it also seemed like it didnt have as much power as with extended reach plugs.
i now have NGK ZFR7F-11 and they are great.
when i took out my non-extended reach plugs, they were all black. at that point they had about 5000 miles on them.
when i last checked the extended reach plugs that i have now (after 8000 miles) there were no carbon deposits on them at all.

FlyinMSP said:Stock, get the ZFr6F-11 (6, not 7!) or IK20 if you want iridium from Denso or ZFR6FIX-11 for NGKs iridiums (I used them for a year and they are very good)
Note: they are all pre-gapped at 0.044 which is fine for stock (bigger spark)
