I'm planning on installing a wideband O2 gauge to monitor my A/F ratio when I get my XEDE system but I could use some help on where to put the sensor. I've read that the O2 sensor should ideally go before the 1st cat (which is in the downpipe) but far enough away from the turbo that it's protected from the heat.
I was thinking of putting it in a test pipe until I learned that the first cat was in the downpipe. I guess I could put it in the downpipe but I'd rather get something pre-made than go to some shop I don't know anything about and hope they don't screw anything up welding in the bung.
Has anyone installed a wideband O2 sensor in their speed3?
