Best bang for $$$$ FMIC

Hi guys,

Well mod bug is bitting me again an was looking for a good FMIC that is not to much $$$. What do you guys think, Also what type of boost spike will I see I'm spiking to 20 now with the HyperTech.

Go with Ken @ Protegegarage. He just hooked me up with the whole kit powdercoated with a little something special on the top pipe for a great price. You could also get their piping kit and get a seperate intercooler from ebay or somewhere else but I think its better to get it all from one place.

Thats odd, your spiking to 18psi with Hypertech? I never noticed a spike with mine, maybe I should check to see what I'm actually boosting now, the damn thing pulls like a mother no time to look, just trying to white knuckle the beast.

I have a PG FMIC and love it! I get a lot of compliments on it while pumping gas. I do notice a bit more of a lag before 3K RPM. All you have to do is launch from 3K and up and your good!

LOL I should change that, I see 20 PSI spike it settles at 18 (guitar).

But I know what you mean had to run it hard the other day, An was like WHOA 6k already.. LOL

cx racing's kit looks cleaner, and if you ask for the ebay price its like 450-500 shipped. guys at msf are runnin it and like it alot

That seems like a ton of work just to get that one to work with our car just to save a few bucks.. (pipe cutting, BPV flange, new BPV pipe)

I didnt really read it i just new it was cheap and boosted runs one on his ms6.
