I read somewhere that Al Jourgenson is talking about getting with Jello to make a new Lard album. He's on the new Revolting Cocks album. /thread jack.

I kinda like "Blue Monday" remade by Orgy remade awhile back, not sure who first did it.

"Another brick on the wall" by Korn, originally done by Pink Floyd was really good.

New Order wrote the original Blue Monday.

I disagree on two counts with ya 65. I like the Limp Bizkit version of behind blue eyes. It's not the greatest cover ever, that weird techno voice thing in the middle of the song should not have been there, but it wasn't bad.

I also would punch every member of the Ataris in the face if I could because of their Boys of Summer cover. Besides the fact that all the teeny boppers will swear up and down that that's an original song from the Ataris (just a personal annoyance), they made the beat WAY too fast and it sounds so off balance. Plus they changed the lyrics, bonus points if you know which ones they changed without looking at a website.

Boo.

I just love Behind Blue Eyes by The Who. It is such a great song with the change in tempo, I just love it.

Bizkit put no emotion into the song what so ever. It is just, blah.

bad:
Devo's remake of Satisfaction
heard it on the radio last night, made me want to puke.

i do, however like Limp's remake of Faith

Yes, I am a HUGE Rolling Stones fan.

I don't like Bizkit that much (see first post), but that is a good remake.
