Alright, just ordered a set of BC coilovers on monday from PG, my first ever set of coilovers (I currently have H&R springs on my car, but they are coming off) and I have a few questions. I currently enjoy the height the car is at, but I wanted the adjustability with the coilovers, and I want to go a little bit lower and stiffen up the suspension. Now, it is my understanding, that the rear lowered all the way with both collars still in isn't too low, correct? I have read where alot of people have been removing one of the collars in the rear to make it go down lower. My question, for the people who have done this, does this affect the ride comfort level of the car? Does removing that collar make it a harsher or more dangerous ride? I understand the dampening can be adjusted, I am just curious if this will mess up anything removing that collar, cause I want to lower the car pretty good, especially after being used to this nice drop of the H&R springs. Hopefully as long as PG delivers, I will have them by the end of next week and then the fun begins, trying to figure out how the hell to install the rear parts of the suspension. (butthump)
