very nice!!!! go hertz! is the 2.0 or 2.5? what do you think of it? the crystal reflectors are real nice! i thought about going black out but EVERYONNE has black lol

UPDATE: i took the car for a drive around the block, and NO LIGHT!!!!! i tryed recreating all the scenarios when driving where the light would come on, and no light ever came on! (it was veeeeery easy to make the light come on, before the new alternator) praise God!!!!!!!!! after a couple more days of more miles and driving i will update again to tell it has been successfully fixed! thanks for everyones help!

its the 2.0...i like it but other than the cosmetic differences, its the same car...it seems just as fast as my stock 3, and the ride is exactly the same...only major difference i can see is that the new one has a 5spd auto tranny and mine is only 4, and the A/C is better than on the '04 (obviously)...otherwise same car haha it even has that dumb ticking noise just like mine!

and i love the crystal reflectors, i dont really wanna go black out since my car is already black, so any accents should be lighter, like the crystal

nice! is YOUR car a 2.3 or 2.0? which car you say feels faster, yours or the rental? also, yeah the crystals are very very nice, subtle but different! you will definitely like them! i can show you pictures if you like!

mine is also a 2.0...when i was originally car shopping i wasnt looking so much for a fast car, but since i got my 3 all i want is speed now lol, i kinda wish i woulda gotten the 2.3 at this point

the rental seems like it might be a little faster, just maybe because its a 5 spd instead of 4, but that could also be because since its a rental im really willing to test its limits haha

lol test it to the limits! nice ,yeah the 5 speed might be the deciding factor, not sure if there any faster than the 04-09s tho.

here she is with freshly tinted 20% with the clear reflectors! they match the stock clear side markers really well!

eh theyre not always that pricey... if you shop around you could probably get a pretty good looking set for around 100 per wheel...you may not get wheels as nice as MINE for that price but you could still get wheels that will look better than those horrible stock alloys

a nice dark gunmetal would look good on your car...even if it was on the stock rims....maybe see if you can have them sandblasted for texture and then go with the gunmetal...thatd look awesome

well its gonna take me a while to get everything i want, and this is in no particular order...but i wanna get a permanant gps..either buying up a stock mazda unit with the screen or buying this...http://axelatuning.com/basicunitstore.html and using my existing gps...i want to swap out the door sills with the ones that have mazda 3 lit up in red..replace the stock speakers, new pedals, tint, reupholster the front buckets

i originally wasnt interested in a radar detector, but i think i may wanna buy yours...ive never gotten a speeding ticket before, but it seems my luck has run out seeing as i got in 2 accidents in about 6 weeks time, so maybe now is the time to invest in a little security on my speeding habit lol

and when it comes to exterior...i feel like i have to start all over again now that my front end was repaired...i have to lamin-x, i might look into adding fogs if its not too much trouble, i wanna change the exhaust, crystal reflectors, stubby antenna (my last one got destroyed by the car dealer's car wash so they replaced it with that ridiculously long stock antenna), and i think i want to paint my calipers

yeah, i would probally feel the same way. at carccessory.com they have stubbys for our cars for $13 shipped! (i have one on mine, hehe) i would like to paint my calipers also, that looks real nice! and maybe lamin-x havent decided yet lol

yeah i think i do want the radar detector, but where did you put it so it was out of the way...i hate it when there isnt like a set place for a component in my car

and yeah i have another stubby sitting in the house i just havent gotten to putting it on yet...you should totally lamin-x, i love the effect, its just time consuming to put on the overlays

did you see the pics? where i have it placed, it is out of the way but still very accessible to, switch modes, hit the buttons, view the screen, see the lights,etc.! i can take a better pic if you want, like sitting down in the cockpit! i htink i might do the lamin-x next paycheck! wooooooot! lol

i did feel pretty bad for the girl afterwards, and before we left, i explained why i got so mad, and she was pretty understanding

speaking of accidents, im so excited i get my car back tonight i can finally get rid of the rental and get back to my own 3 lol and if tire rack ever sends me the right caps for my rims, then i will truly be in business!

and yea please do take a picture of where youve got it placed...if i do decide to buy it how would you want to complete such a transaction?
