If you have spare bolts in a box at your place, see if the threads match and cut those. My dad has a bunch of bolts and stuff so I used some shiny ones for my knackered license plate bracket.

I've been looking around ebay and amazon, you can get a sheet of 12 x 48" black ABS plastic, smooth on one side and textured on the other, for about 16 bucks or so...not sure what shipping would be for you. I noticed some places will cut it to a specific size for free. Could always try that. If i don't like the size of the small inno after using it for a while, I will probably just do that and get it cut to 36 x 6 or something like that.

Yeah I hear ya I kinda don't like the logo I probably would cover it up. But I think imma get the medium and make some extenders for it and see how it looks

Well the logo is one sticker that looks fairly easy to remove.

I may or may not end up going with ABS plastic... We'll see.

Well the problem is actually the nuts, sorry for the confusion.

I picked up some lock nuts at the hardware store that will work. As I was trying to screw it all together, a piece of plastic that prevents the carriage bolt from spinning in the fairing stripped, so I epoxied the plastic piece and the carriage bolt together. I'm just waiting for the epoxy to cure and I'll try assembling everything... Again. (hand)

cool, you should post some pics if you get it to work. I would have got the medium, but I found the small for 50 bucks brand new so I snagged it

Oh! Well then. I really wish I had a rack so I could get a fairing and stuff. If I ever pick up the factory racks, ill be sure to pester you guys and learn from what went on here I dont have a snowboard or road bike though, so I don't need to worry about don't rack or fairing right now

If you don't have the factory rails (I looked at your thread and you don't), I would recommend against getting the factory cross bars. Get a full Yakima or Thule system. Trying to get all the adapters to make things work with factory roof racks absolutely sucks.

yea that sounds like the EGR, just give it a good clean and reset the ECU

AC actually isn't on, the light is just reflecting weird...

Also, my passenger side is very clean the apparent mess is my girlfriend's backpack and my snow brush. I keep my baby clean.

I got the full yakima rack with fat kat rack system and the yakima fairing this season, super nice for hitting up the mountains. and Imagine Dragons were performing at the starlight room in edm alberta today.. tickets sold out in 3 minutes i was upset.
