bad luck on big island

March 1, 2010....

some guy reversed into my car in the parking lot of where i work...luckily i was standing by my car cause he was about to drive off...he damaged the front driver side fender...AND he didnt have a valid insurance card...his policy had lapsed...so i have to pay for the damages.

then yesterday...April 12, 2010...less than a month and a half later...someone else reverses into my car!!!

she damaged my hood, headlight, bumper and part of the front fender....this happened in the same parking lot....same parking stall....luckily this time the lady was nice enough to leave her name and number...AND she had insurance

sorry to hear, hope you called a cop, at least he can get fined. the only thing you can do is take him to small claims court. don't know to much about it but your insurance agent should.

well im getting the fender fixed at the same time as everything else...im just glad this time its being taken care of

this is a pic of my hood....it was damaged too...so thats being totally replaced as well.

well, the body shop is fixing the front bumper and repainting the whole thing, so when i get my car back, it should be nicer than before the 2 accidents...there was a big circular scratch on the front bumper when i bought the car...i wish they could repaint the side skirts too cuz its all scratched up from the previous owner...

hopefully ill get my car back within a week
