Stock B6T is about 130 - 135 at the flywheel.
My GTX, with Intake, exhaust, RX-7 pump, ecu and boost controller, and stock turbo was 135hp at all four wheels. This was a couple years ago, at Vishnu Tuning.
I have heard of greater numbers coming from the B6T, upwards to 220hp. From there, you are about at the peak of what the head can flow, without spending $$$ just to eek out the last few drops of horsepower.
But if you are wanting more power, then I would definately go with the BPT. Preferrably, the BPT from the GTR.
