B&M Question

I just installed my b&m short shifter in my 03 P5. I was just wondering if anyone else with this shifter installed had any problems reinstalling the c clip. No matter what we tried the c clip is just to big.

Do you have a snap ring removal tool? Should be easy as cake with one.

NOPE...no problem....I have snap ring pliers....just make sure the shifter is all the way down so that the groove that the snap ring goes into is showing...and use the right tool for the job...and it goes right in....no problem.

you can get a pair of cheap snap ring pliers at a parts store for just a few bucks.
