After the drifting and showing and partying, there is...the next morning
Was that at Hyperfest? If so, I was at Summit point, driving these two entertaining cars with ModSquad racing at the Lemons event. I'm the slowest driver in the group, but getting better.
Refueling MS1, MS6 (yellow, black top) awaits a fix. MS1, the white car, has done 12 races, this recent summit race being my third event with it. In traffic was wild... 130 cars on a 2.2 mile track for 14 hours!
MS6, a v6-powered MR2 built by Bill Strong, on practice day. The car's second event, first time I've driven it.
I also did a race at NHMS in may with ModSquad and MS1 (MS6 wasn't finished yet). Rainy first day in the pits.
My friend Derek (set FTD on our team) drilling through some traffic on a downhill.
NHMS had about 80 cars on a 1.6mi track, we finished 11th of 80.

That was indeed hyperfest. I saw you guys run a lot, looked like a blast!

Hyperfest looked like fun, never got over there to see it though. The V6 MR2 was acting up a lot... still in its shakedown phase.

There were a couple other serious crashes... no videos from those yet. I drove for 3 1/2 hours in the 14hr race, probably did half of my time under full-course yellow from crashes. I even got hit by a BMW. It was a little crazy.
