I support pdhaudio, this was in bad taste, and you should have at least expected it would have had this kind of reaction. If you truely believed it would not raise any kind of stink, I worry.
Furthermore, you should have simply accepted the fact that this post was maybe over the top, and that it might have got deleted/edit/closed. Instead, you got pissed. After making what was obviously a mistake, instead of backing down, or at least, not pressing the issue, you stood behind it! Seriously though, consider your reasoning: "those ******* asshole moderators from this nazi camp of a website won't let me post defamatory propaganda on a car site !!! I thought I could do whatever I wanted with this site ! what in the world is this place coming to ?? "
Your apology should be not in having posting the thread in the first place but in WIPING YOUR ASS with other people's beliefs and concerns once they voiced them and standing behind your post like you were defending some totally unrelated greater ideal like free speech. Free speech doesn't mean I can wear a shirt that says "N**GER PICK MY COTTON" and parade down the street with it even if I find it the funniest thing in the whole wide world and I literally bust a gut laughing so hard.
And for the record, take your complaints directly to us admins. I don't want to hear of a single forum member getting into a PM or thread bickering fight with a moderator. You have a problem with a moderator, come to us: Antoine,Enry,Derrick,KatsMP3, or our super mods, Kooldino and LinuxRacr. But don't expect any sympathy if you post stuff like this.
Also, for anyone who is giving him a hard time--Patrick puts 1 BILLION TIMES more into this community than you ever did or ever will, so you will have the decency of AT A MINIMUM respecting that. Respecting the fact that he takes time and effort out of his schedule to try to keep this place civil, to help people, to attempt to organize this place to make it better. If you really can't appreciate that, then leave, because we don't really want you here. Thank you for your understanding.
