Average MSP psi

12PSI for almost 30k miles and stock plugs.
I did take my MBC out to get my exhuast fixed but it will being going right back in as soon as I have enough miles on the car post reapir. I don't want to have to remove it on the side of the road again, that sucked.

^^^Yep. So anyway I'm still thinking about trying to find an uncut wategate line to replace the one I cut. I would be so pissed to get denied warranty work now that I am running stock boost because I had to trim that brittle ass wastegate hose. I obviously dont want to go to the dealer and ask. Does anyone have one that they want to part with?

why can I not spell "WASTEGATE" properly today? I think its the 3rd time I f'ed it up
Mine was totally ****** up all cracked and tore to s***. I asked them to replace it. It is not our fault but Mazda's for putting some really shoddy hose on some of these cars. They were very nice and replaced all the wastegate/bpv hose with bulk hose for me. They did this when I brought my car in for a broken exhaust. My exhuast broke on it's own it was not a result of anything I did.

You can try go to the parts department and order a wastegate line...if they dont know you. If they ask any info...just run for it!

Have a new engine and do a engine swap with a JDM Mazda engine.
Are you talking about the FS-ZE? If so its a waste of time...cuz it makes 170 horses and is a NA motor. Its basically the FS-DE with a better ecu and flow.

I would try putting in KL-ZE (2.5L V6)...lol. They fit in the ford probe. Corks sport says they will fit in a 2.0L baseline probe with a few modification..but the base 2.0L Probe has the same engine as the speed...so I wonder if it will fit! Too bad no one has the money to test it out.

2.5L V6 MSP hell why not throw a turbo in it too!

Its still 2-3 yars away, hopefully they will have a better engine out by then.

I thore my tranny out last week and had to get towed. The bad thing is, I work at ford(we build exp, mountineers, and sport trac) and it happened right in front of work. People were screaming out the window saying I should have bought ford. That sucked.

Yup. I guess I got lucky. Or my gauge is off (but it reads 0 when off, and exactly 20 vac @ idle)

Or maybe it's the replacement vacuum hose ;)

Today, im running stock boost and i hate the car when its got stock boost.. i almost forgot why it felt so slow driving around today, then i remembered i took my mbc off.

basically i'm gonna be heated if i'm not pushin 7.5 to 8, like it seems like everyone else is...gotta get a gauge first though

Don't hold your breath. I was boosting 6.5 psi stock...sometimes it spiked a little over 7.

mine boosts 5.5 constant with spikes to 6... but after this weekend, it'll be at 7-7.5 stock ;)
