sure, riced out civics are a dime a dozen, but one example of a bad S2k doesnt mean that there are more crappily modded S2ks than there are mazdas....all other hondas, sure...I dont really(and most other S2k owners) dont group the S2k with "other hondas" so its kinda ******* annoying

You're right it is a lot different from other Honda's, but quite frankly I still think it's s*** and would rather have an 06 and up Civic SI just because it drives so much better, is a more practical DD, and still has plenty of aftermarket support.

Performance to Honda is what oil is to water. Honda's "sportiest" car (excluding the now defunct NSX) is still a joke.

LOL well I'm saying I think it shifts really smooth and is a pretty comfy ride for an econobox. Sure it could use a little more power, but seriously...I'm driving an econobox as well.

Looks like I opened a can of worms. It's okay if you guys disagree with me, but I've worked at a Honda dealership for about 3 years now so I've been driving them long enough to know what I like and what I don't like. I just don't understand the big fuss about the s2k.

Bout to blow something up...Been searching for an S2K for a while now and everyone seems to be asking WAAYYY over blue book. One guy even though was a slashed top, spray painted bumper and slashed door panels it was in excellent condition. WTF are these guys smoking.

Check the S2KI boards. Lots of cars on there for sale and they're pretty well kept.

Yea, i've been on S2KI and those are the guys asking for too much money. I can understand some mods but honestly a car IS NOT a house. You install a pool house goes up in value, you install a header on a car and the value (IN REAL MARKET) goes down.
