it was a great event !!! i think my Azenis finally reached the wear they needed to be really sticky. too bad i kept getting lost at the double apex before the 1st slalom . rick, a couple more runs in the 7 and i think you'll be beating ur dad... 46-47 is pretty damn good for running it the first time. steve, JP touched my car before we left to go home, i hope nothing happens, btw i fixed my rear view mirror . nicole, jeff it was cool seeing u guys run, especially how you'd lift off the back wheel at the loop. hope u guys can make it out to more events !!!. rj u missed out mayn it was *ahem* bananas

lol... JP did a ride along in the 7 and it didn't blow up... (and we didn't know if it would blow up or not heading to the event...)

The 7 is aparrently "strong like bull!"... JP isn't a jinx

And yeah, a few more runs and I'm sure we coulda shaved a second or 2 or more off

We're hoping to get some of the HP-sapping problems on the 7 fixed before the next event... This thing is gonna be a beast!

Great job Nicole and Jeff make sure you keep that Mazda ontop....Nicole you did great, expecially with your hand and all. So Cal is a force to be reckoned with. Nicole 1st. Paulette 2nd. great job, and of corse Jeff W #1 good job jeff just keep it up and keep those times dropping. Jeff W you need to go to the skid pad and get you dialed in just a bit more.

yeah sometimes the time slip person cant keep up with all the cones that ppl hit... but they have a radio.... when i do timing slips i keep track of how many cones ppl hit on the course...just so that they know ya know what i mean? its also all about multi tasking it does get kinda crazy keeping track of all the cones and writing...and with people coming in fast through the finish... i do think that the time person should write down how many cones a person hit just so they know

learn how to drive on bad tires, so when you get sticky tires you don't make stupid mistakes that the good rubber will cover up for you...

what the hell is up with people making excuses not to autocross!?!?! lol you are like the 5th person this week i've heard make an excuse

first it was alex, then it was rj, then jp is complaining about a blown up engine, and now chris is complaining about a hole in his tire...

JB weld and some duct tape and you both are fixed!! lol well alot of JB weld

haha eh, its not really an excuse. I ran on street tires for my first season and a half of autocross. I have no money and I don't think the smartest idea is to go tear up my brand new street tires that I just paid for (the last set my dad covered so thats why it didnt matter before haha plus i was learning ).

Its hard when you go to summer school work a full time job, and pay for everything.


lol growing up aint easy especially when your addicted to racing.


you should know better anyway steve, it takes alot for me to miss an autocross. ill go out there on a set of full size spares if i have too i just dont feel like wearing out my new street tires especially since I already did that once with my falkens. they didnt even last 20,000 miles :[

heheheh i feel you michie! summer school...full time worker..pay for everything...its all good i live paycheck to pay check too...plus rent...plus gas...plus school ...plus car parts...RACING!! etc etc.... when i buy breakfast in the morning...i buy enough to last me for lunch and dinner...okay maybe not dinner...but i mooch off christian for dinner...kuz i have no money to buy groceries...and i dont have time to cook either! heheheh and racing!!! THAT eats up more than half my paycheck...

eheheh but despite all that...it does take alot for me to miss an autox too! the only time chris and i will miss one is if we have to go on a family thing...family emergencies... and of course lets hope this never happens...if our cars are absolutely not functioning at all!!! unless we find someone to co-drive with then were okay! but yeah...hehehe

YES! Just thinking about it makes me want to go to pic-a-part and score a set of donuts for the novelty... I wish I could find 3 more of the spares from the 7... that thing is LIGHT. Tho I don't know if the chassis would clear the ground with spares at all 4 corners... ehe...
