autotechnic gauges??

Anyone seen these in person?

In the first pic I think the colors look really nice, but in the second I think it looks cheap. Was wondering if anyone has seen these in person and can give an opinion.

I dont like either lighting options they have, but, I do like the way it looks w/o the lights.

I think that was just the angle of the pic. Obvisouly the bezel sits far outside the numbers.

yeah that's just the angle of the picture...

and both pics are of the same type of gauge, there are not 2 color options offered.

That's what makes me nervous about getting these cause i can't nail down how they really will look at night. I like the colors of the numbers and needle, but don't really want the back to light up blue.

i have the water temp s-7 autotechnic gauge and at first i had problems with it but it works well now, i had to ground the gauge next to the sending unit then it begain to read right, but before i had it grounded under the dash and it wouldnt read at all.but now it works ok
