AutoEXE pads

I'm nearing the point where I need to get new pads and I've been looking at the AutoEXE pads listed on corksport site. Wondering if anyone has used these yet and if they're really worth the extra money.

I don't have any experience with those pads, but I do have experience with Hawk pads. There are a few different compounds available for the 2 from Hawk including the HPS, which, from my experience are great pads. I believe Good-Win has them.

Just noticed Corksport has them too.

I can't speak to whether AutoEXE pads are good, although from what i've heard all of their products are great, but I also know that you absolutely pay a premium for their "JDM-ness." Usually AutoEXE parts are about double what i'd expect a domestic part to be. If you're in to the uber-JDM thing, you don't get more Mazda Japanese Market than these, but if you're asking if they're worth the price, I'm betting you're not that guy.

I'll throw this out there, Porterfield also has a pad for our 2 (R4S). I've had mine on for 23,000 miles including 3 track days :P

I have no experience with the AutoEXE, sorry. Looking to go Hawk HP+ next with possibly rear shoes from Porterfield.

I have zero experience with AutoExe, but have run Hawk HPS pads on several different cars I've owned and I will buy Hawks again when the 2 needs its pads replaced.

Part of the higher cost on the AutoExe pads is the yen to dollar exchange rate and a little bit of extra cost for shipping from Japan. We offer Hawk and carbotech is a good option as well.

I recommend Hawk or Ferodo if they offer Mazda2 fitment. The extra cost for the JDM pads likely isn't worth it.
