I will be participating in my first autocross event in June! Looking for both setup advice for my '07 Speed3 and for general autocross tips.

Right now, everything is stock except for Mazdaspeed intake, exhaust, and a Hypertech tune. I've done a little reading and it seems a RMM and 40-45 PSI in the front tires, ~35 PSI in the back are universally accepted.

Will probably have new tires put on before then too, I have a winter setup so purely summer tires suggestions welcome.

Event is taking place at Limerock Park in CT. Is anyone else planning to attend?

Sounds like you're off to a good start. You'll definitely need to get rid of the winter shoes. Have fun and be careful!! I found 45F/29R worked well in my '72 Celica.

Look for someone with experience, also check out the NEMOC Section of the Forums, as a few of the members there will be participating.

Remember that mods don't make you a better driver, only seat time will. Ask drivers there if you can ride along a few of their laps. A "spec" alignment could help too. Stock alignment is s*** and isn't that good. Some camber up front could help

And also remember, the throttle is not an on/off switch. Throttle modulation makes a BIG difference.
