autobarn dealership can suck my *#@*#@

okay so i go to get my subwoofer replaced. first thing i roll up and the "tech" was confused at my turbo timer. the car was still running and he was like "@!?? where are the keys". i laughed. they pull the car back to service and the guy comes back hes like "no one has been altering the dash, right?" my turbo timer is on the steering column, so i said nope, the dash console radio area is stock. he looked at my confused and i repeated it for him. he turns around and then were walkin around the dealership.

we got hungry so i walked back to service and gave them my cell phone number so they could call me when they fixed it. and the guy goes "yeah, take his number IF we find something" all ****** lame about it. so im like whatever, we walk like 2 blocks away and i get a call and im like okay and the other service guy is like "who was tampering with the car" im like "tampering? no one, i installed a turbo timer. thats not tampering"

hes like well the timer is installed on the same wires the sub is (WTF?>>>) and i was like "huh? its 3 wires....everything is connnected to those 3 wires, everything would be blown if something was wrong" and hes like "well you were playing with it so we dont know what is wrong" im like "i wasnt playing with it, i know what im doing, the turbo timer has nothing to do with the subwoofer" and hes like "well its gonna cost u 91 dollars an hour for us to look at it since the car is modified and if we find out that the timer is the problem youre gonna have to pay" and im like "what? how can you prove that the timer has anything to do with the subwoofer" and hes like "well im just letting you know" and it went back and forth like that for a little bit cuz im not paying for s*** and then i said "**** it, im taking my car" and walked back and ******* left


**** these jaggofs, they didnt even look at anything, they saw the timer and immediatly ******* jewed me off. **** them im going to a different dealership. if anyone bought anything from autobarn im sorry for you if you have ANYTHING modded because they are DICKS

anyway... I will bet my dealer is bad, stupid, dumb, etx...as hell than autobarn ones. (it's schaumburg Mazda)
everything was overcharged, like parts and one time I asked if could get headlight alignment and they ask me to pay $40 for just inspection and if there's something wrong and they said extra fees will apply... wtf???

i was thinking about it, but **** them, they were saying i was "tampering" and "playing" with it, **** that its my ******* car its not god damn tampering, i can do what i want to it!! im just gonna go to a different place, talk to the head tech straight up before anything is done and make sure they realize im not ******* retarded

No s*** you're pissed. Did these guys even graduate High School??? The only remote chance of you messing up your sub with the timer would be if the power was higher in the wire to the amp after your mod. Unless your timer also acts as a generator, then these guys know nothing about cars period, let alone the MSP. I wouldn't let them touch my car.

Is this an authorized MazdaSpeed service center? If so then they deserve no pity. I would turn them in to Mazda and go as far up the chain as you can get to lodge your complaint. The guys at Mazda have to know that they are full of s***.

P.S. Not ragging on you, but the expression "jewed me off" might not be pleasant to any actual Jews that might be on the forum. Not that many around but you never know. Better safe than hurt somebody's feelings.

The only remote chance of you messing up your sub with the timer would be if the power was higher in the wire to the amp after your mod. Unless your timer also acts as a generator, then these guys know nothing about cars period, let alone the MSP. I wouldn't let them touch my car.

Don't know how far it would be for you, but try Community Mazda in Oak Forest. Talk to LC - he's the guy who sold me my car, and was down with modding it. Even said he could get me custom black/orange seats and a sunroof! Really good place, IMHO.

Next time they try to shaft you like that don't take it outside...take it inside. When they tell you something that is total bulls*** yell at them andtell them how crappy of a dealership they are. Sorry to hear Dexter....this sounds like my dealership when they gave me the pre-emptive bull s*** about my turbo timer and how "it can confuse the computer"....I hope you can find a better dealer...

I didn't install my turbo timer, so I don't know the specifics, but it doesn't really tap into that many lines does it...?

Yuor stealer is a dick !This is complete :bs: Any TT that is properly installed will do nothing to any car!As long as it is installed properly then the dealer should give you no s*** as this is just prolonging the life of the engine!I would go in there and RAISE HOLY F#$%^%$# HELL!:mad:
