Obviously its you that does not know the story, I have been trying to get a refund for a month and a half you ******* idiot. He had not paid for the units yet, that is why he said he would give me the refund. He also told me 3 weeks ago he sent me two checks, they where not sent, So there is lie #1. Also, I have left mesage after message after message for him to call me back, and he has not. All week people on this thread have said they have talked to him, yet he has not contacted me. So what does that tell you. you think I am going to sit around and let $2300 slip, hell no. And I have not backed out of any deal. Three months is long enough to wait on a product that I paid for in full. Also, He told Dave (Pro 5) that if they do not come in this Monday, he is scrapping the Microtech thing, so, now do you have a ******* clue!!!!!

well...it must be you then dude that he doesnt like, maybe you should change your attitude and that might help you out...as for the microtech, he has told me that i can order one anytime i want, even after this whole thing happened...and he said that this past week, he also told me that since they are taking so long to get in because of manufactures problems, i can put a small deposit down ($200.00) and he will order them then, and when it comes in, i just pay the rest and he ships....you may have had a bad time with him but how do you know that hes not taking care of everyone else as you so say...if youre gonna say something bad, speak from your own experience and dont try to make him seem smaller than he is by saying "oh, a lot of people this and that" cause you dont know for sure...

as for talking to pro5...dont use his name because thats my cousin...i talk to him everyday and he didnt talk to terry on monday, and terry told dave that customs had it and thats what he was waiting for....get your stuff straight

All I know is GOTZOOM has spent a ton of money with Terry. I remember when his car completly stock on this board. So IMO he deserves some respect for what he request as a customer.

s***... I spent over $25k on my Honda drag car at my shop in NYC, if I need something then there is total customer satisfaction!

I think that it is between him and Terry...

OK, lets start over dude, I am not trying to bicker with anyone, all I stated was that Terry owes me $2300, and he has owed it for some time now, I have no beef with you, and in a earlier statement in this thread, I said I have nothing against Terry, he has always given me great support, I have ran batteries down on my phone just shootin the s*** with him. I am just looking for my money. Also, I didn't say that Dave talked to him on Monday, I said if the Microtechs are not in by Monday, then Dave would be getting a refund. This is what your cousin wrote me, so take it as you want....

I feel your pain gotzoom? I mean..If i shelled out over $2k..3 months ago..for a product..and didn't recieve it .and haven't even recieved a phone call about my money...I would feel the same way...

I think It's wrong how this is going down...Spool has alwayz tried to help people out..even myself..when i was searching for a turbo kit!

And Keola...he has the right to be mad..and flame Spool if he hasn't recieved anything from him...But he should start his own thread in the proper forum!

just this post right here says everything and doesnt help your last post at all...im not trying to argue...but i dont know why youre trying to make him seem like such a bad guy if you have no beef...calling him a loser and stating this...i dont know man...and if you read into context of what dave emailed you, youll see that it says "if he doesnt receive it by monday" not that he didnt receive it as of monday....daves alternator is on the way and he is not gonna get money back...he didnt put the forged internals in just to run 6psi max...he will wait for the microtech

I honestly didn't mean to flame Spool, if I did at all. I think a point I made in an earlier comment was missed, Terry told me he sent my refund in 2 checks three weeks ago, I received only one about a week and a half ago. I boldy cashed the check 2 days ago, and pray that it does not bounce, me and my wife are in the military, and the bank is on base, and bouncing a check on base can wreak havoc on ones career.

I will leave this thread now and not share my experiences any more. I wish Dave the best of luck in either getting the Microtech or his refund, and hell, same goes for me.

Sorry for the mix up, the earlier statement should have been that I did receive one of the two checks, but does it really make a difference.
