First, I installed the Turbo Timer today, and it went fairly smooth...took lots of pictures and will hopefully have a write-up by mid week or soo. Note: I ran the boost gauge line off of a vac hose from the intake...didn't cut the line on the BOV and didnt' have to break any tamper-proof clamps:D

If you have a Blitz Turbo Timer with the boost gauge, and you haven't done anything to up the boost, what are the peak readings you are getting from your turbo (in hkPa of course)...

I was getting consistant full boost readings of .49, which when calculated comes out to 7.1psi...but just now doing the calcs, .48 hkPa = 6.9psi....and with a reading only accurate to .00 hkPa, I guess that's reasonable (only a diff of .01 hkPa).

btw: 1.00 hkPa = 14.5psi, right  Just want to be sure.

Thanks,
Jesse

sounds nice, you will have to show me sometime

Did you go on rte 6 in north windham on saturday night? Cuz i saw an orange MSP and i THINK it had steelies on.

Jesse: Hi. Yes, Your conversion (above) is correct.
These links have all the conversions......

I just installed the Blitz on Sat., and I have seen .47 / .48 hkPa consistently. I 'peaked' (or spiked) at .57 out for a run at lunch today.

.30 (hkPa) Pascal = 4.35 PSI
.40 (hkPa) Pascal = 5.80 PSI
.50 (hkPa) Pascal = 7.26 PSI
.60 (hkPa) Pascal = 8.71 PSI
.70 (hkPa) Pascal = 10.16 PSI
.80 (hkPA) Pascal = 11.61 PSI
.90 (hkPa) Pascal = 13.06 PSI
1.00 (hkPa) Pascal = 14.50 PSI
