HEY GUYS!! I made a contact with www.nwautoleather.com check out their website and their beautiful leather interior for the Mazda 3. They make custom leather interiors specifically for the Mazda 3 and other vehicles to OEM specs. You can choose from 500 different colors, suede or leather, you can choose a 2 tone (I'm getting mine black and grey with the grey inserts perforated), they also do custom stitching!!
They have given me permission to start a group buy for our post, their regular price is 650 for the entire leather interior, front and back seats door panels, etc... We will be given a group buy rate of 599 if we are able to get at least 10 of us to buy. I'm definately in. Check out their web site, you can call and talk to KIM, she is my contact there.
Fast professional service, I actually have a friend who bought an interior for his GRAND AM from them (that's how I found out about them) and it's INCREDIBLE!!! Much nicer than the OEM leather.
If you have any questions or are interested, write me an email oldscoolaudio@hotmail.com or post here or give me a call (786) 443-5391. I live in Miami, FL so please keep in mind my local time, thanks!! Let's get going on this so we can hook up our interiors, personally I'm sick of the black red cloth I got in my MAZDA 3!

Hi,

From looking at the pics on that website, I personally feel that the craftsmanship of this shop is not so well......may be I was wrong as I just judged from looking at the photos......

Well, that is your opinion, and as you stated it was just from looking at the photos. I've actually seen their work and it is top notch stuff. Much better than the factory leather seats. Are you sure your not upset because you already have the leather seats from the factory? It's a shame when people post negative things just because of envy. (poke) Let's keep this post on subject, this is for the peole that are interested in doing a group buy with me for custom leather interior, anything negative or envious you have to say, and you can't keep to yourself, then email or call me. I don't mind debating with you but this is not the forum.

I'd possibly be interested, but i'm still waiting for my Mazda3 to actually arrive. Who knows when...

.....very obvious that it seems there is a direct relationship between Yac2727 and Homer......it looks like kind of marketing tactic.........I think Yac2727 was overeacted on my comment. As I said earlier, that was my own opinion and I might be wrong because I just judged from the photos. However, you said I was so envious on you.....It is a BIG joke. In fact, the leather seats offered from Mazda HK was not the original leather seats from Mazda........The job was also done by a aftermarket interior leather manufacturer. I don't know you know or not......leather seats in HK is very very very common....and I have lot of experience of choosing leather seats for my family's Lexus, BMW, and Mini. When you choosing the leather seats, pls pay attention on the types of leather and the craftsmanship, esp whether it generates wringles on the seats (temp effect).........and pls take a deep look on their pics.......

Listen Jr. I'm glad that your MOM and DAD have nice cars. But I need to stress to you once again that if you are going to post, stay on subject. this is for people who want a group buy on custom leather interior, I'm just trying to save a little money for all of us by buying in group. Since you live with Mom and DAD and their Mercedes and BMW I guess you don't have to worry about money. Just please if your not interested then stop posting.

As to Canada3's question the prices are in US Dollars, but we can save significantly when we buy in group, that's why I'm trying to set this up. My target date is for May 1'st but if we can get a group together before then I wouldn't mind jumping the gun. Thanks. LOOK AT THE PICS, that's top quality work, MUCH NICER THAN THE OEM leather interior!

Hello everyone. Northwest's only relationship with "yac2727" is that he is the co-ordinator of this group buy, and it could have been any member as anyone can propose a group buy with us. If there is any question regarding the quality of Northwest's leather, I will mention again that it is Top Grain, Monza-H Mercedes leather imported from Europe, and Mazda dealers across North America will attest to the quality of our product as well. Instead of debating/arguing over our product and the quality, please feel free to email/phone me directly to discuss this issue. Northwest has run many successfull group buys and will continue to do so as forum members appreciate the discounts offered for custom leather interiors. I for one appreciate yac2727's enthusiam and work he put in to try and setup this group buy. Even if people aren't interested in the product they can still support someone trying to help out the community of mazda3 owners on this board.

yac2727,
If you aren't getting much response/respect from people on this board, you could try posting on the other mazda3 boards as well, to accumulate more interest.

http://www.mazda3forums.com
http://www.protegeclub.com/forum/

also, you could setup an official group buy at the group buy center to gather information better: http://www.groupbuycenter.com/

Like I said, if I had my mazda3, i'd probably be in on it. I think its on a boat right now.

yac2727m, you are an ass. There is NO need to get defensive. If you had presented the information Homer had there wouldn't of been an issue. Quality of leather cannot be determined by digitized pictures.

Thanks for all the response so far. I'm going to open up the group buy on other Mazda 3 forums as well so we can get the biggest discount possible. Remember if you have any questions email or call me, or if you have any questions about NW leather int. than call or write to KIM, their rep.

Thanks AGAIN

I have to say that sounds like a good deal. I paid $2000.00 for my kat skin custom leather interior, 3 months ago, and it is bangin. I wish I could have got the embrodery on my seats like is being offered.

Well B_blake53, you are more than welcome to send us your head rests and we'll embroider them for you. Please email me for more details.
Cheers
Kim

I'm interested but nobody seems to be taking the bull by the horns here to get this group buy done. How many people have signed up because I'm definitely interested...

I don't think we'll have much trouble getting some more interest together- I have received quite a few emails from interested people, so we'll keep our fingers crossed!
Cheers

I have a few people interested in the group buy, But I'm trying to get all 10 coordinated so we can get the best deal. As of now I have 3 SURE BUYERS. If anyone else is interested please call or write me. (786) 443-5391.

Thank YOU

I am beginning to be interested.

How does this work? These are not seat covers, is the cost just for the leather? Do I thin have to get someone to install it?

You can add me to the "Firm" list. I will be picking up my 3 tommorow-Velocity Red Mica 5 door. Had to settle for one without leather, since none exsist on dealer's lot in a 5 state region around Kentucky. The dealer offered to have aftermarket Leather Seat's install for ONLY $1,350....NOT!

What is a "Reasonable" price to pay an automotive upholstery shop to install them?

Steve

That's funny that they tryed to charge you $1,350 for leather. The Mazda dealers in Pittsburgh and Ohio only charge $999.99. How much did you pay for your car?
