If you look at that run, your FP does drop, but your AFR is bellow 11:1 and your injector pulse width is 72ms. Then the next load cell, pulse width is down to 8ms and pressure is back up. Remember, there are two ways to inject fuel, high pressure and shorter duty cycle, or lower pressure and longer duty cycle AND since this is at a lower RPM there is more time to inject fuel. I don't think this tune is dangerous. Your AFRs are fine, your KR is fine and your boost is not creeping at all. You get a TAD lean at the tall end of 5,000 rpm but not dramatically so.
Talk to your tuner to see what your boost targets are. You aren't spiking and you arent creeping so it would seem that this is what the car was tuned to do since in both logs it exhibits the same behavior. This is certainly an aggressive tune, but nothing to be worried about.
Sunoco 93 is some pretty cool stuff, so you can probably get away with lots of boost on this fuel. Talk to your tuner. If he was shooting for 18psi, then maybe you need to get some tweaking done, if he was targeting 20psi, you should be ok.
