Anyone with valid tsb # for rusted rotors?

I went to have my car serviced today and showed the service manager the tsb on rusted brake rotors. He tried to use the number on the protgefaq print out and it is not a vaild tsb number. He did a search on my vin number and nothing came up. I know several board members have had their dealer honor the tsb so I know it has to be out there.

Does anyone who has had this done, have the tsb number on their receipt or does anyone who works for Mazda have the number?

My service manager said he would have no problem doing it, they just need info off the tsb for the warranty billing.

The only one that is showing on the Protege FAQ page is MT000003559 RUST ON BRAKE ROTORS

That's the one I printed and brought in. The number MT00003559 is not a valid Mazda tsb number. I even showed him that site and this one while I was there. He has no problem doing the repair, he just needs certain info from the actual Mazda tsb in order to be paid.

Have him call MNAO. Either that or do it yourself, it's not like it's that difficult.
