Anyone make replacement control arm bushings yet?

Without having to buy the whole control arm assembly? I'm nearing 200,000 miles, and the car is getting worn out.

Autozone shows one of the 2 bushings available.

Granted, replacing the whole arm probably wouldn't be that bad of an idea, since I'd also get new ball joints.

I really detest combo parts where you cannot just replace what's worn out without replacing 3 other things that aren't...............
