1) bones has talked to him a few times. he gave him some bulls*** about UPS not having a big enough box

2) its been 2 almost 2.5 months so hes way past the deadline with paypal

3) some people from MOCC have been calling him but supposedly hes not answering his phone...some of his supporters claim that he could be busy and that theyre trying to get a hold of him. but my point is - he has the guys money since like 12/8, why does he need other forum members to tell him s***?

4) im sure more than bone have pmmed him but last time i checked he hasnt been online in almost 2.5 months.

5) he is either ignoring or not returning bones calls, pms, this thread, or emails

this guy should be banned. potential scammer i think is way past the point of ridiculousness. what does it take to get a SCAMMER title? 5 months, 6?

If there is no positive update on this situation by the time I get home today (in about half a day) I'm going to place a "Potential Scammer" title on mrpopnfresh until the situation is cleared up (hopefully it will be)...What is the current status on this?

Has anyone talked to him since he last logged in and what was mentioned?

Does he know that there is a fire under his ass now?

Is there any possible way to get your money back or the item?

and yes I am busy, no bulls***...but just in case...
so and so died, I as in vegas on a trip, the seats caught fire, and my hemmoroids acted up so then I got all pissy on here like "how dare you question my integrity"... satisfied.

You have my info, and guess what I am pissed off. You have mapquest right? Why don't you pull up some directions to my house and we can settle this offline. Just because you aren't as busy as I am doesn't mean s***. You don't know how many jobs I have, what I do, where I'm from, and how I live. Yes I did **** up by not sending the seats by Christmas like I really hoped I could have, s*** happens. And in my case, lots of s*** happens. Yes, it is hard to take an hour out of my day to go to a ups store, no I didn't know that wal-mart, staples, and whoever else you mentioned shipped seats.

Yes, this is taking a rediculously long time, you think me, or my parents like my seats sitting around in my ******* house! Oh, and I'm only on myspace because I am a promoter and have to make sure people go to my club or guess what... no money. No money= can't pay bills, can't pay bills= work longer hours at other jobs (that's jobS not JOB!) work longer hours at other jobs= wait even longer to ship seats that I'm tired of seeing!!

I'm tired of venting, just come down here and well get rid of any aggression that we need to!
