the point im making is, he obviously had time to spend the money or he would have refunded it. probably OVERSPENT and now doesnt have the money to ship them or something.

As an outsider this looks horrible. Regardless of anyone "trying" to get in touch with this guy the deal is shot and somebody is paying the price. If I shelled out a huge chunk of change for something and this what happened I would be pissed. What if this guy needed to make some crazy sacrifice to get this money to buy the seats? I mean imagine you gave up food money for like 4 weeks to get these and than you have to wait months to get what you paid for? What I am saying is no matter how this turns out, it was already handled POORLY! I would be livid and be looking up Judge Judy's address.

the whole POINT is that there is no REASON ANYONE should have to get a hold of him, he should just be able to ship the ******* seats on his own? what is he, 10 years old? you need to call him and give him directions to the ups store? how about take his hand and walk him there?
im sick and tired of reading about forum members who screw other forum members. then you (meaning anyone) try to sell something and people are hesistant no matter what your time here or post count is because of what has happened.
so dont tell me to chill out because it affects EVERYONE on this forum. maybe not this one SPECIFIC instance, but when you have 80 of these instances, it does.
