man this is sorta funy in some ways, i mean yes it blows that this asshat is scammin you, and i'd personally break his legs if it was me, but the fact that everyone was like oh matty lay off, matty stop it, matty he's a good guy, he wouldent do that to people, matty its not your fight, lol just makes me laugh, anyone of those retards that defends him would be just as pissed if this happined to them. this has nothing to do with friendship, this has to do with assholes stealing peoples money, and being a fat lazy b****, get it threw your retard skulls. on a side note i really hope this works out for you.

Well,, if I were you.. I'd find out who his commanding officer is and make a phone call. Ask Matthew... the military doesnt play around when you are in debt to someone. You so much as have a bounced check and your C.O. or 1st Sgt. is ready to write you up or worse. Then there is always civil court. $50 to take it to trial, then you'll be awarded either the seats or your money back. But you'd pretty much win hands down, could even get your court costs covered by the judgement.
I'd also say it was a criminal matter, but seeing as though he has not perm. deceived you by taking your money and has the "intention" of giving you the merchandise, you can't go that route at this time. If more time elapses, I'd consider this route though and talk to your local law enforcement agency. It would be considered Fruad.
I dont know either of you two very well, but 3 months is time enough for him to have sent it. Regardless of circumstances. If he was that "tight" in his car club, he would've had someone else do him the favor, pick up the seats and mail it out. Thats what friends are for. Hope you get the seats soon. I wanted those before he sold them to you. Kinda glad he didnt sell them to me because he'd be in a world of hurt right now. DEA, FBI and PD would all be knocking on his door. lol

Now what you want to do is ask for a base liason or their JAG unit. When they ask what for, tell them that an airman there defrauded you out of however much money and that you need to speak to either his commanding officer or an investigating officer to have a case opened up against him. Also tell them that you are in another state and that you can provide them with whatever information they'll need.
