Anyone else trying to lose weight?

Yeah don't want to be like Nicole Richie....good lord.

Yeah I am eating oatmeal and whole grains. I agree it is not easy to eat that much fiber. It is hard enough eating enough all together sometimes.
 
i work out 3 times a week. i eat around 2k calories of salads, chicken, veggies a day. i would like to weigh around 135 or so and have about 5 more pounds to loose. im only 5'6" so dont give me no shish about how little i am. i just turned 25 so the older i get the harder it is for me to stay at the weight i am. heres a pic of me now, im in the middle with my arms crossed. only problem is i tend to drink too much. but its no beer and just bacardi and diet cokes...

For me, I just eat when I feel hungry, but I make sure not to keep junk food around so that when I am hungry, I'm forced to make myself something healthy :)

I'm happy with my 170-180 lbs as I'm 6'2".
 
You guys are both doing great. I wish it were that easy for me. I have to work for what I want. I have seen definite results. I mean I think I have lost about 5 inches so far.

as of now im reducing what im eating and sticking to it.

every day im gonna post what i ate. i got fat over the summer... s***. i think i need to change my late night eating habits, cuz i dont eat during the day. just at night... and i go to bed late too. im about 5'9 180. im not obese at all, nor am i unhealthy, but better take care of it early on (im only 18) rather then struggle with it later. maybe i should just push my car from place to place rather then drive it =P

go to college. I have dropped 15 pounds since the beginning of the semester. (my hair line is also now receding...ftl)
 
College? You never heard of the Freshman 15? Granted a simple diet of Ramon noodles could help.

Oh....there is no try, only do. If it was only trying than I am fully succeeding in my goal.
 
Everyone looks to be doing well. That is great. I love going to the gym. Can not get enough. Worked out Friday and Saturday and will go tonight. :)
