Oh yeah I do some ab machines and such. Um what else would you suggest?
ab machines aren't enough, try some floor exercises involving light dumbbells, balance ball, a bosu, and the good ol' medicine ball![]()
do you always do the same cardio? if you always do the treadmill, try the bike. if you always do the bike, try the stairmaster. if you always do the eliptical, stop because i think it's a pretty worthless machinejred321:
My exercise is 30 minutes of cardio each time I work out 4-5 times a week. With at least 3 of those days lifting. Squats, leg press, pull ups, pull downs, abs, weighted pelvic lifts, and more.
If I was gutsy I would do a before pic and a now pic. LOL
