"shock" to me is just simply changing your daily routine, I used to bike for 30-45 mins, after 21 days your body will get used to it and you will achieve less results, then I switched to power walking for 30-45 mins, then running, then the "ski" machine thingy for an hour. Also I mixed up the wights like from machines to free wieghts just making sure my body doesn't get used to it. As far as my goal wieght it was 160 which I achieved and I'm only 5'7 and I thought that weight would be fine for me.

Also I edited my original post (added more) take a look it might help

Oh no don't really like pilates. LOL I would rather lift and do pull ups. LOL
Talk about backwards huh?

Lifting and pull ups are great for gaining strength, but they are very easy ways to injure yourself. Pilates will give you the same results without the injury risk. Also pilates will target more areas at once and give you a more complete workout.

Mr Magnum. You are right. I appreciate the edited post. perfect.
I will try to mix it up a bit more. You should be super proud of yourself once again!!!! You are right the weight you are is perfect. Good for you!!!!
I know my current weight is OK for my height....but I am not happy with it.

PIXY: You are right. I am looking to gain more muscle. To replace the fat on my body and make it muscle. So I have been doing more weight and cardio than anything.

I will give pilates a try.

I want to lose weight, as I'm stuffing my mouth with another quesadilla, lol.

as a side note, I'm 6'0 and probably back up to 190-195lbs now. I want to get down to 170lbs.

Talk about sad....I have a can of tuna that I will slap on a piece of whole wheat bread and put NOTHING on it.
Low fat, good carbs, and low in calories.
