Anyone else gonna get the snowstorm?

Just wanted t'see if there's anybody, other than me, that's gonna get ass-***** by this snowstorm comin' towards the east coast. I'm supposed to be getting upward of eight inches .. but I'm thinkin' maybe even more than that, considering I live in the mountains and we always get frickin' buried.

Should make for lotsa' fun in empty parkin' lots, though ..

I advise to keep the speed outta the inclement weather, unless you have some snow tires. These Potenzas suck in the cold + snow I've heard. Doing fun stuff in the parking lot = bent rims/axles in a worse case scenario. Down here in VA we might get some of it, but not like you will. Be carefull!

Just got my Pirelli snowies on over Thanksgiving. We had an inch or two of snow here a few days ago -- what the forecasters originally called 'a chance of snow showers', HA! -- and I took the opportunity to test them out. They do very well in the snow, and not too shabby on dry roads, either.

I'll have to see if I can get someone t'take a video of me bein' a jackass in a parking lot after it snows .. Should be good for a few laughs. (yippy)

im in the middle of all of you guys and my forcaster said we would most likely get ice and sleet...but he was repeatively sayin he just doesnt know, this system is really weird comin our way either way anything is better then bald tires on a 240sx (rwd so ill be hittin the lots as well...i need to feel oversteer again ....lol hahaha

Never had the pleasure of tryin' out a RWD car in a snowy parkin' lot .. But someday!

And yeah, none of the forecasters seem to know exactly what's up yet. I've heard anything from six inches to two feet. Hopefully it isn't anything above ten inches .. cause no way I'm gonna be gettin' anywhere in two feet of snow in the MSP! I'll be a frickin' snow plow with how low the front end is, LOL.

i have P5 wheels with all seasons , im not going to put them on till i have too tho , because straight up- if it gets too deep mazdaspeed stayin home , if we get some kinda deep freeze this winter ill slap them on and hope for the best

It started snowing in va today, I was gonna leave my car parked for the rest of the weekend after today b/c it was not supposed to start until around 4 which is after I got home, but with my luck it started right before I left home and my mom was already gone so I could not get a ride. But the stock tires handled it ok. It was not sticking too much but I did run through a couple of areas that had a dusting on them and did not have a problem.

But i am gonna try and avoid the snow as much as possible, car will now stay parked for the rest of the week.
