Just got a brand new chip on my hood on the drive up to Chicago. I'm gonna need some Cosmic Blue touch up paint myself. It figures the chip is on the part of the hood that ISN'T covered by the clear bra.
Seems like I could have just applied the touch up paint with a small tooth pick or brush then run a credit card over it like they use in their kit. I will try that method and see if it works any better. I just never thought of doing it that way but I imagine the credit card will clear off the excess and leave the chip filled.
its not the credit card that removes the paint, its the chemical that comes with the kit. you'll be able to smear the paint with a credit card, but the langka would work much better at actually removing the excess.

well, i think its ghetto. but if it satisfies you thats all that matters. who knows, it may look fine. i'd just rather have a more permanent fix for my chips. besides, i don't have a black car...
