I've been trying and trying to get eyelids for my yellow p5, but there doesnt seem to be any easy way out.

I know the preferance is vinyl, and I've purchased 3 sheets of yellow vinyl now, none of which match the car. I went out and bought a bottle of touch up paint and tried painting some, but when the headlights shine through, it looks like pure crap!

My last option is to buy "real" eyelids. I don't like the DGM ones much, because they don't fully extend over the top of the light. BUT the ONDERGROUND DESIGNS eyelids look acceptable. Catch is they cost twice as much, and the body shop wants $50 to paint them.

$150+ is alot for two little eyelids:bs:

Any yellows have cheap success?

Erebuni has some pretty nice ones. I am not sure how much they are, but they go all the way around and down to a point. I liked those the best, but figured getting them painted to match might be tough. I just went ahead and ordered some 3M headlight/fog protectors, and so far I like them. Pretty sure I will get pulled over one day, they are quite yellow at night :-)

WOW- you're right, those are badass!

Anyone know the legality of these? I've got a local b*itch here who has ticketed my p5, parked in front of the house, twice now. Once for not having a county sticker (with dealer tags still on the car), and one for being parked 10 feet within the lip of my driveway.

Those erebuni's will definetly obscure the front turn signals, a little. Would this be illegal ? (please refer to above pic)

*also, do these just stick on? would they be removable for the state inspection? Has anyone not passed state's because of eyelids?*

pirana, i got them from shadowtinting.com They are in Calgary but my bro lives there so he got them for me and shipped them. They look awesome in the sun, and pretty yellow at night. If you are really interested PM me and I will see about getting a set for you. Only about $60 shipped for all 4 lights. Oh, they come in blue, yellow, red, smoked, and clear. later:)

Are erebuni & mintblue out of the same factory by any chance?

Their eyelids are identical? I think. If not LMK how?

I've heard the Erebuni has fitment problems. Not confirmed by myself.

Shawn: Time to update your sig man! :)

i too have been trying to fabricate my own but have run into the same problem...the only thing i can think of is stick with the idea of the touch-up paint but used black acrylic plastic to begin with which would probably kill the light shining through problem.

Can anyone verify erebuni eyelid fitment trouble?
I realize the parts are made for the 323, but the headlights should be the same shape.

Anyone, pease? (Theyre about $50 cheaper!)
