Like Webster said it's all about what the parts on the car can go to. It's not about the car. Moving a stolen car is nearly impossible in its complete form, but parts will move easily. As for P5s, MSPs, etc. there is like zero demand because they're parts don't go to a lot of different vehicles. I live in Hawaii and trust me this is the capital of Honda/Acura theft. But I don't know anyone who had their Protege stolen. Some get broken into for stereos and I suppose rims might get stolen, but the protege just isn't common enough to justify stealing it.
