Any photographers in here?

My issue with them is the cutoff of the subject. With ppl, there are general cutoff rules when it comes to body parts. Like on an arm you either cut it at about halfway down the tricep or include the entire arm. The elbow should be in the pic if the rest of the arm is (2nd and 3rd pic) or the elbow needs to be completely out of the pic (1st pic)

Other than that and the framing (too much background) the rest of the picture to include subject matter is good. All that framing can be fixed though, so its all good

My biggest issue is head room. I have the hardest problem with this too. There is so much plank space at the top of all your images.

Try to make a conscious effort to either use a higher focal point or just focus a little lower so you fill the image with the subject.

Looks good. Do the colors really look like that? As in red and pink on the letters?

You might want to darken the image a little to let the color stand out and maybe crop a little.

Do they show up pink on your monitor? On mine it has some blueish cast to it. Weird.

I believe it is a 944. Not really sure. I was trolling up my local Porsche dealer lot on Sunday. Really upscale stuff. This was sitting in the service dept. no hood, flat tire, etc. Looked piss poor.
This was also there...(boom06)

RIP:

I say 944 because it was definitely a longitudinal 4 cyl and that's the only model I could think of. That used to be their flagship cheap porsche, like the boxster is today

How does this look?

I would shop out that airplane vapor trail, that sign on the fence, and maybe that light pole. Those are the only other things that caught my eye after the car

Delete light pole for sure. Always watch for those and try to work around them so they are not sticking out of the car. I'd also straighten out the front wheel.

The wheel is fine. As others said though, watch out for light poles and other various things growing out of the car. :)

Yeah, I love the leaves. It kind of reminds me of a shot I got last fall of my car.

^yea, I saw that pop up on here forever ago. Problem is 1:43 is soooooooooo small. Painting it would be a b**** I'm sure. Only way would be to remove things (don't even know if you can or not), or try to tape things off, which would also be tough

Unless you smear vasaline on things you don't want painted, then wipe it off afterwards

the 17-55 was amazing to shoot through.

For the beach pics, I was shooting around the resort's photographer, so I couldn't get exactly what I wanted, but I think a lot of it came out well.

Cropping is an artform in itself. Like people have mentioned, there are some certain rules in cutoffs too. Watch your headroom. For these 3 samples, i would've tried to zoom in closer to feel them more. Makes more of an impact.
