Any photographers in here?

I was looking at both the 24-70 and the 17-55 also.....i bought the sigma 24-60 2.8 for $200 to give it a go....I figured if it didn't work then i could sell it and move on to the next....since i have had it its been great for $200.

Sure its not going to as good as the 24-70, no weather sealing, but its damn close! I get crispy photos that have great color. I got a sharp copy but i think i'm going to send it in to sigma for further lens alignment just to see if it improves at all.

POTN sigma 24-60 thread...

worth checking out....its on amazon and is available for both canon and nikon mount.

Hey..don't angle pics like that it hurts the picture. Watch out for power lines and power poles. The first pic is the best of the set. It's a bit grainy, so use a tripod so you can use lower ISO and slower shutter speeds. The effect of people moving while the cars are stationary would be cool to see.

So I have a few pics I thought were suitable to upload. Most of my other pics need to be rotated, cropped, etc.. Only a few hundred more to do.

I'm taking a road trip to Yellowstone in 2 weeks. I have 5 days. Do you guys think I have enough time to get to the Grand Canyon and back to town?

You did something I think I should have done with the Bellagio Fountains. I used like a 2 sec exposure (I think) on all the fountains, so a lot of mine turned out to be big white blobs. I like how you used a relatively fast shutter for moving water, so you can capture the actual fountains, if that makes any sense.

I stood there (after a few drinks) and just took picture after picture of the fountains

This one was sort of white and blobby but oh well

Don't see too many Kobelco front loaders being used since CAT, Deere, & Case have a good grasp on the North American market. We build the design, engineer, and build the gauge clusters and fuel sender units for all of those companies.
