Any photographers in here?

Woot..car rig time!

What is that?

Suction cup

I use one that has the camera mount

I didn't opt for that because it's not part of my design plans. the camera mount on it won't give me a full picture of a car.

Question though...how long does it take for you to make that thing stick? LOL...I was pumping mine for like a good 15-20 minutes. LOL

It's not meant for full body shots because it's close to the car. It's meant for sticking to the windshield for in-car videos are on the body for shots of the wheel or what's ahead/behind.

I think Funky's trying to make a camera rig to take rolling shots of the car like such:

I've been meaning to make a rig too. Where did you get that suction cup from Funky? I need to find one that works for me, but I have my design for the rig already planned out.

I know. I'm not a noob.

The one guy asked what it was and posted other types of suction cups.

You need to find the size of the thread on the bottom of the camera.. ie 1/4" or 3/8" is most common.

tripod mounts are very nearly universal... I'd bet money its a 1/4", it should say somewhere in the manual if you need to verify... doubt it'd say it on the cam itself.

So I might be missing something, but where is the camera mounted? You would think you would see the mount in the picture???

And then how do you actually take the picture?
