There'd be only a FEW P5s, I'd guess, who could hang w/ My Miata on a road course...Then, it'd be 'driver' more than 'car' probably...I'm a very new track driver.

Darin, you need to leave the defense mechanisms on probetalk. There is no need for them there. As far as anyone knows you have a stock 93 miata, of coarse you and I know differently.

Either way calling someones car inferior is never going to be taken well espeicaly on a sie deadicated to that car. I can easily give you and example by going to Probetalk and saying all the probes are inferior to my MP3. They very much are and in every way but that is something that has no need being said there.

Oh and give the P5 the same suspension mods you have and it will stay right with you. Give it a turbo and LATER!

P5s handle pretty well - I know that. A friend of mine has both a miata and a P5. He can toss the p5 around corners nearly as quick as his miata. But give a $5,000 budget to BOTH cars? What do you think the outcome would be?
