If I wasn't so into bike racing and training I would fish 5 days a week like I used to when I was a kid.
Striped Bass are my favorite, got this guy (45'', 34lbs) on my freshwater set up with 10 lb Fireline on it a few years back. It took over half an hour to land it. I was looking for Weakfish (Seatrout for you southerners) on a jetty in the middle of summer when all of the sudden the resident bass started blowing up on some kind of bait in the water. Got 4 nice bass, kept my limit.
