Any advantage to Kartboy Shift bushings w/o short-shifter?

Any advantage to just installing the bushings?

yes...from what I understand, sharper tighter more precise shifts...it gets rid of the play when u are in gear (the shifter bing able to move from side to side)

yeah, i have just hte bushings. Make the shift tighter has a neat lil click feel when ur in gear. pretty neat but a b**** to install u'll need a crowbar ;op

Does it smooth out the shifting at all (eliminate the notchy shifting)?

um... explain what you mean by nochy shifting, u'll feel it click when ur in gear. I think it feel more sporty but thats me.

When I shift in my P5, I feel 'notches' between the gears....not that smooth.

And I even have Redline MT-90 in there...

um... yeah its smooth.. it eliminate the loose feeling.
