Another Proud Owner

I've been lurking around for quite awhile now, and I think its time for a proper introduction.. (lurk)

I just got my hands on a 02.5 black mica p5 about a month ago. 80000 miles for 6000 dollars off of ebay. I saved the car from the blistering Florida heat and drove it back home to Duluth Minnesota so it could absorb some of the plentyful road salt. The car looks and runs great, I can tell the addiction is growing...

Any plans for it?

Maybe you might look into some undercoating, since I don't think that they do it as much on southern cars. I bought a truck that originally came from michigan. It was only there for 2 years, but you could tell, by the surface corrosion.

Undercoating would be a good investment. I've heard of electronic rust protection, but I'm not too sure about it...

Thanks for the undercoating idea, it never even crossed my mind.
The only plans I have so far are to make the tint more legal.. and to hard wire a phone charger and have the sunroof/windows be always on. Other than that new exhaust or a new header might be in this cars future..

seriously though.. probably a dozen or so times by now. I get tired on long drives and sleep, it's nice and comfy. I just recline the driver seat once I even had my blanket and pillow in the car with me hehehe

haha... i kno exactly wat u talkin about... i have done dat on more den one occasion.. its like ma portible room... its especially good when u have someone in it wit u quite spacious if u kno wat i mean...
