Ok, after watching it like 100 times it seems to me that it is fast fowarded for a couple frames and then skips a few frames but continues to play the audio as if it were passing. The poor frame rate of the video seems to prove my point as well. (blah)

anyone else think the same or is it just me?

There's definitely an edit from when the cars are side by side to when the faster vehicle is further down the road.
