Yes, I kinda figured that. I was looking for a place to hid it. My first thought was under the spare tire cover. No room. I thought about behind the drivers side rear quater panel area.
depends on the set-up your doing. you can mount it flush with the floor, on the back of the seat, hidden in the rear pannels, make a special enclosure for it. the list goes on and on. its all on haw far you want to go with it.
Under the front seat or against the back of the rear seats are the most common locations. Depending on size you can place it in other locations. Some even remove the spare tire and install it there.
what are yhou gonna power with it....the door speakers?? if so mount it under the front pass seat......just make sure you cut the floor vent on that side and fill it with silicone that way it won't burn up the amp
There's no need to do this. I just lifted the vent up and stuffed the amp under it. The airflow through the vent is quite minimal and won't affect the amp.
