We are in region 25. That is the NEPA (Northeast PA) region. The event that is pictured was from Frackville, PA. That's about 45 minutes straight North of Harrisburg on 81.

Just for curiosity, why run with the headlights on? I know it looks cool and all but witht he voltage strain on the alternator which most MSPs seem to have...Maybe it's built in traction control, jk. Most pro photographers hate it too because it messes with thier cameras somehow. Up here you'd be banished off to the Honda side of the paddock, they all run with thier PIAAs on. Nice pics, nice movie, and damn nice parking lot, I wish we had something that nice to run on.

Honestly... I really do not even think about it. I drive about 110 miles per day and always drive with my headlights on for safety and to let people on the highway know that I'm coming so "GET OUT OF THE WAY!"
Also PA just passed a law stating that you have to have your headlights on in all construction zones or you get a fine. At this time of the year with all of the pothole patching, it's best just to leave the lights on.
So as it is, I start the car and turn the switch without any thought involved. Going to have to try it with and without the lights next time to see if there is a difference.
