Ass You all know I went wit the short ram system.....made a custom heat shield to block like 90% of the heat from fan....and I felt and heard a big difrence over stock. but........remember it's in ALL CAPS SO SOMETHING ISN'T GOOD....after 300 and some odd miles with the intake on....I noticed something...NO CEL(first) but...discovered another problem that affects all 2.3(not shure of 3.0) the line from the back of the valve cover to the intake or if still stock the bellows tube(black accordian tube) leaks oil into the system...I havn't done enough tests to see if it is just the vapor form or an actual trickle at higher rmps. Sad to see another engine withought oil baffles...I am working on the air/oil seperator the can is in the trunk but the lines are too small to fit the stock male piece and intake piece. I hate having to run a cetch can on a vehicle with odomitor reading under 2000 miles
 
Car been around for a year now and i'm the ony one to knotice this?
 
as far as i knew, the CEL only affected the 6s, but gg!
i don't really read much on the 6i, since i have the 6s, but i haven't heard anything about oil leaking.
