Airbag 22 code and other questions

Does anyone know what this code means. It used to do it every once in awhile. Now it does it all the time.
Any ideas on how I can fix the PW switch on the drivers door. I can roll down the front passenger window but can't roll it back up.
Also, has anyone had problems with both of there key fobs not working. I've replaced the batteries in both and now neither of them are working.
