Air/Fuel Mixture

I have a 95 Protege and was wondering if anyone knew the correct air/fuel mixture. I bought the car for 500 dollars because I liked the body style but after a close inspection adn 4500 dollars alter it is in tip top shape. All but the air/fuel mixture. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any mods done to it that will affect afr's? What are your afr readings now? Do you have a wideband in the car? Questions.......questions

I have a short ram intake on it and thats about it. I bought the car used and the people messed with the air/fuel mixture screw and its not been right since. And your gonna have to spell things out for me im not good with abreviations ex. afr's.
